EL PRESIDENTE is created with the thought of all those who wish to have in their home piece of automotive history, a relic of the past times, and one of the most beautiful and unique engines, made by Italian automotive industry in the 70s and 80s. The heart of the EL PRESIDENTE project represents Maserati's handmade 4. 9-liter gasoline V8 engine with eight Weber carburetors, produced for legendary Quattroporte sedan in the period from 1979 to 1988. Only 1870 Quattroporte sedans were made with 4.2 and 4.9-liter engines. According to currently available data, nowadays, there exist less than 50 of these vehicles all around the globe.
